Overview:
SATA0014 is a single-chip, one-lane PCI Express to one external port Serial-ATA (SATA) II host controller that brings server-class features to the desktop. SATA1400 equips high-performance chipset which supports all Serial ATA II features, including 3.0 Gbps SATA II transfer speeds and Native Command Queuing (NCQ). It is fully compliant Serial ATA ports on the device side to access Serial ATA storage media such as SATA Disk Array Box, SATA RAID Enclosure, or external storage and ATAPI peripheral.
