The USB 3.1 Type-C to 2.5" SATA III Adapter lets you transfer the contents from an internal 2.5" SATA-based drive through the USB Type-C port on your computer. This USB 3.1 Type-C port features a reversible form-factor and delivers data at a rate of 10 Gbps. You may connect 2.5" hard drives or SSDs with a height of 7mm to 12.5mm and a SATA III, II, or I interface. Moreover, it is backwards compatible with USB 3.0, 2.0, and 1.1 ports.
